From quote to job completion, Billy explained in a lot of detail what was going on, including with photos and videos. He was also courteous in speaking with my neighbours. I don't know a lot about roofing but to my untrained eye the finished roof looks good, the work was done quickly, and the site was left tidy.

Bill quickly assessed the issue, proposed a solution, and fixed the problem in an hour. He came across as very knowledgeable and experienced in roofing installations. He also proactively suggested other areas in roofing I need to watch out for that could cause issues later. I would highly recommend his services.

Regardless of the brilliant job done by Victoria Roofing, they would get 10 stars because they actually turned up! At least three other roofers said they would come to give a quote but didn't turn up. So difficult to get anyone to do relatively small repair jobs. Bill explained everything that needed to be done, gave me photographs of the tiles that needed replacement and realignment and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

John from Victoria Roofing did a great job. Sorted out a minor problem very efficiently. I would be happy to have John do more work for me. He communicates very well with his customers.

Minor job but honestly and honourably performed, as old guttering, couldn’t guarantee the long term result.

John was passing my house when he noticed the loose ridge tile to the front of my house and informed me of it. We agreed on a price to fix it and he carried out the work there and then. He also replace the corroded hip iron and embedded the ridge tile on the opposite side for good measure.

Had a really bad leak during a rain storm I called Victoria roofing the next day bill and his team came and had a look, he sent me a quote that was really reasonable after having a few from other company's that where really expensive, since he has done the job it has rained heavy and there is no water coming really happy thanks team!

The team of four have a great work ethic and are straight forward and reliable. They quote a fixed fee without hidden extras. I have a great roof that they built in an emergency without premium. They have pride in their work and all of the work was done with friendly polite banter and with a smile.

I highly recommend this company. From the prompt initial (competitive) quote through to completion, the guys went over and above to ensure I was completely satisfied with their work. They were polite, tidy, arrived on time and even worked until 8.30 on a Friday evening to ensure it was finished on time! All work was completed to a high standard.
